WISTA Denmark is part of Wista International, a global network with more than 6,000 members in 62 countries across the maritime, logistics and trade sectors. When based in Denmark, becoming a member of Wista Denmark grants you access to all the benefits of Wista International.
Our ambition is to build an inclusive network across the maritime value chain, both on shore and at sea, while contributing to international initiatives on diversity and inclusion. Membership offers opportunities for networking, business relationships, professional development, knowledge sharing and lasting friendships.

International network
Connecting members worldwide, sharing experiences, and ensuring Danish representation in the global maritime community through WISTA International committees and organizations like IMO, UNCTAD, and Women in Transport.
Mentorship
Supporting women at sea with guidance and advocacy, and helping newcomers to the industry through education, experience and mentoring.
Collaboration
Partnering with Danish and international organizations to empower women in maritime and exchange best practices, especially across the Nordics.

President
Tamara is General Counsel in Lauritzen Bulkers A/S, and presides and represents the Board of Wista Denmark.

Jocelyn Hansen
Vice President
Jocelyn is Vice President of Sales & Marketing in Searoutes, and helps drive Wista Denmark’s strategic priorities.

Laia Martin
Communications Board Member
Laia is Marketing Manager in Portchain, and manages Wista Denmark’s communications and social media accounts.

Sara Maria Fonseca
Finance Board Member
Sara is Business Development Manager in Katalist, and oversees financial sustainability in Wista Denmark.

Natalie Wong
Networking Board Member
Natalie is Martitime Contracts Manager in Bimco, and drives networking initiatives and organizes events for the members of Wista Denmark.

Wista International
WISTA promotes diversity in the maritime, trading and logistics sectors, empowering women to lead through their unique perspective and competencies, with the conviction that gender diversity is key in providing a sustainable future for the shipping industry internationally. WISTA works for:
