Decarbonisation – FuelEU and EU ETS – Biofuel latest contract developments

Join us for our kick-off event of 2026. This afternoon we are celebrating the beginning of the new year with a network and knowledge sharing event focused on decarbonisation and the latest developments in BIMCO clauses.
The event is organised in cooperation with the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, WISTA DK and BIMCO, and is made possible by Gorrissen Federspiel.
The programme for this afternoon will include an introduction to the ICS, their support of professional education in the shipping industry, followed by a discussion and exchange of perspectives on contract clauses in relation to decarbonisation, combined with practical day to day experiences.

16:00 Event start and introduction by ICS and WISTA. Discussion on decarbonisation with a presentation of the latest contractual clauses published by BIMCO and some final remarks on current events happening in the market from Gorrissen Federspiel.
17:00 Celebrating the new year with drinks and networking.
